Luxeyard.com Shipping Policies and Rates

  1. LuxeYard offers delivery directly to your home or office in the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (for items that can ship via UPS). Since most of our products are shipped via UPS, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Depending on the size or dimensions of your purchased items, we will ship your order via UPS or our White Glove delivery service. We currently do not ship to any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico and do not provide international shipping at this time.

    Our Shipping Rates are based on the total weight of your shopping cart, regardless of the number of items purchased. Please refer to our shipping table below for a detailed rate of your order:

  2. Once your order has been processed we will send you an email confirming your order details and inform you that a request for delivery to your shipping address has been placed.
  3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with delivery tracking information and estimated arrival dates spanning 3-5 days.
  4. As some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the delivery times may vary for each item in your order.
  5. As your purchases may originate from various locations, individual items from the same order may arrive to you in more than one package, but you will only be charged one delivery fee for your entire order, based on our shipping rate chart.
  6. If you must reschedule your delivery date, please notify our Member Care Department at 323-488-3574 or email us at membercare@luxeyard.com no later than 48 hours after receiving your tracking information.
  7. Furniture orders, when required, will be delivered by White Glove delivery and may take longer to arrive than a UPS shipment. Our White Glove Delivery service will contact you via phone or email to schedule your furniture delivery. There is no White Glove shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
  8. In preparation for your merchandise delivery, doorways should be measured to ensure clearance and rooms cleared so there is an unobstructed path between the point of entry to your home and the room where your new merchandise will be placed.
  9. Due to liability issues, we cannot hoist merchandise, set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, make electrical connections or move existing furniture, electronics, televisions, etc.
  10. Our delivery drivers can only deliver up to the 3rd floor without an elevator; an additional $30 will be applied for each additional flight of stairs climbed to make your delivery. Elevator time requirements or restrictions need to be emailed to membercare@luxeyard.com at least 72 business hours prior to delivery.

  12. We cannot deliver to anyone under the age of 18.
  13. Visible merchandise damage or any home damage must be noted on delivery documentation and emailed to us at membercare@luxeyard.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  14. COD's are not accepted on delivery.
  15. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  16. LuxeYard.com is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with a taxable order shipped to a California, New York or Minnesota address.
